3 Rounds as a group of:

10 Med Ball squat cleans
10 Pull ups 


Training

Spend 5-10 min working on Pistols

Use rings, boxes, or KB to train form 


WOD

"Badger"

3 Rounds for time of:

30 squat cleans 95/65
30 pull ups
800m run 


Brutal!!! There is no good way to get 
this done quickly. Great job everyone!
